Serious Mildew issues There is a big issue at the property with moisture and mildew. We notified the front desk of the issue. Our windows were completely blocked by mildew so we could not see out of either window. The room was moist and had a muggy feel. I included some photos where you can see it and the one pane where I cleaned it a little. I left the washcloth next to it, covered in green mildew, and it sat there the entire stay. This was a “suite” so the best room of the hotel. We had a 4 night stay.

Room smelled like smoke. Other room smelled like unusual air freshener. Floor was sticky. Bathrooms are in need of remodeling.

I feel robbed because I had to pay for a hotel stay that I never reserved. It was due to someone else’s mistake and a lack of understanding from others. Even though I offered to reschedule the reservation for another day, they refused to accommodate me.” I am so frustrated and I see this so unfair.
