Checked me into a dirty room. The hotel isn’t kept very clean.
Guest requests are never met staff keep promising to get it dealt with but never followed through was very disappointed with that breakfast was horrible muffins, 2 choices of cereal, orange, juice. The staff were cordial never followed up with guest requests or complaints
It's a no for me The towel had a large piece of hair in the towel. The chair had a long white stain on it. The windows were not cleaned.. handprints all over it. The customer service was not friendly... when they did finally pick up the phone. Had to call twice every time. The juice for breakfast was watered down. Needed a plunger for bathroom.
We asked for room service twice and never came. Someone did bring us towels and took the garbage .We also had to call for toilet paper. The toilet kept runningand someone came to fix it but it continued to run. We ate at Kiki's for breakfast the man server was not friendly the bacon was only partially cooked
Run down and badly outdated. Very disappointed.
Very poor breakfast compare to the other La quintas
I liked the hotel and my room and most of the staff But the manager was horrible, when I was checking out I asked them to hold my bags for couple hours, She refused and stated she did not want to be responsible for it, she forbid her staff to take my laggage when they were ready to do it. Then I went into the pool area in the back while I ordered Uber trying to leave, but I forgot the key for reentry into the looby, so when the car came I could not get to it, I knock on the door trying to get staff attention and noone paid a... read more
My sheets were dirty and look like it was blood very disgusted
The dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. The floors were so bad I never took off my shoes. Nothing was clean. We were given a room that had someone sleeping in it. Words cannot describe how dirty the entire room was
