The check-in process was extremely stressful, and the reception staff was rude. They refused to accept cash, and their POS system didn’t work with my card. After making us wait for 30 minutes while taking care of others, the receptionist finally entered my credit card details manually into their system and checked us in—something he could have done much sooner but chose not to due to laziness and rudeness.

Convenient and walkable. Walking down the hall, you can hear every conversation in each room. No privacy. Dangerous.

False advertising. Pictures used on Expedia no where near recent. Vinyl flooring in hotel room was coming up and clipping are feet. All the windows are dirty. Pool was to low to even be filtered and filled with leaves. Stayed 1 of 6 night booked and hotel and Expedia both refused refund.
