Just old building, need update. ASAP
Elevator was out of service
Arrived and several homeless people in the lobby. Had their shopping carts full of their belongings, taking the free coffee. Staff didn’t say anything like this was normal. They were renovating so lots of construction. Pool and hot tub cold.
Dirty floor in the bathroom. I saw a couple of cockroaches, one in the bathroom and one in the hallway

Elevator is bad and noisy, couldn’t sleep

We checked into the property and were given a room that had not been cleaned at all.
