I had a room on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working. I had to carry my luggage up and down 3 flight's of stairs which was very inconvenient.

THE ELEVATOR IS UNSAFE. WAS OUT OF ORDER ON A COUPLE OF DAYS AND WHEN IT DID WORK IT WAS EXTREMEMLY SLOW IN RESPONDING AND MADE SOME LOUD BANGING BETWEEN FLOORS. MY WIFE WAS AFRAID TO USE IT AND MANY OTHER PEOPLE WERE USING THE STAIRS. THE ELEVATOR NEEDS REPLACING OR MAJOR SERVICING. I HEARD THAT PEOPLE HAD BEEN TRAPPED IN THE ELEVATOR PREVIOUSLY.

Guest yelling and fighting, police had to be call. The breakfast is not much to choose from if you want waffles, no meat or eggs put out. Staff said they don’t serve it anymore.

New black girl 11/15 7pm rude and acted like I was bothering her. Her trainee was helpful but took qay to long to check in. Hotel is in need of a renovation. Last time coming here

Property location good. But the building is infested in roaches! Building smells old and moldy.

I had a box yes it was bigger than the ordinary box but is was very light it was from Amazon and contained two toys La Quinta charged $30 to receive that one box for me I’m sorry but I think that was outrageously out of order

alot told the doors fo rooms look like they haven wen broken into or like the locks were picked with a fool do some sort. The rug smelled moldy and reeks of cigarette smoke. Never again. The front desk staff were accommodating tho and refunded my stay after I asked to leave.
