I really wish I would get reimbursed a little bit because not only did the elevator get stuck it was impossible to go on it would jolt you and also it was super noisy , the door didn’t even work . Toilet was dirty it was a serious of just things that made the stay a bit unpleasant

The rooms are very dated, furniture falling apart, we had to deal with ants and had to call every day to address incomplete housekeeping services

Nothing very bad bath room and there is no lock to bathroom door and no exhaust in bathroom and corridors have very bad smell

The carpet in the room was filthy and smelly, had to walk with my flops on. The door latch was torn as if it was forced. The elevator was old and made some curious sounds. Breakfast wasn’t that appealing.

Had a plane to catch nobody at the desk, note says be right back. Couldn't wait dropped my key and left. Should have a drop off box!

Very disorganized hôtel they gave our room twice to other people. Once at 3 am someone open the door they had check us out not even apologizing staff terrible experience. Then they called us at 1pm saying we have to moved out of the room had to send my wife in a cab so she could organize the moved again staff didn’t care. We still had 10 days to stay but we check out
