Horrible place. Windows haven’t been cleaned in years, puke on light shade, furniture falling apart, a 2 ltr dada in freezer that blew up. Obviously no cleans the rooms. Hallway has old doors laying around. No carpet with bare concrete floors. HORRIBLE PLACE. STAY AWAY
No vent in the bathroom so steam builds up, no access to plugs at the nightstands, occupied by lights and clock, shower handle hard to use, shower curtain didn’t cover the shower, water on the floor. Weight equipment pulley system not operational, cable was lodged between wheels. Dumbell rack only had weights to 20 lbs and one of those were missing. Front counter staff was uninterested. Non smoking hotel, but first room and hallway smelled like marijuana.
The bed was in bad condition the room smelled bad wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay.
Our family booked this hotel specifically for the fact that it had an indoor pool and since we would be visiting in January. The pool and spa weren’t functional the first day of the stay. The second day they said it was fixed so we tried to use it but the water was frigid and the windows of the pool area were open and screwed in place so they couldn’t be closed making the indoor temperature of the room the virtually the same temperature it was outside in January. Would have given more stars but we had no hot water. All had to take cold showers. Also didnt know that there was construction going on in the hotel. Other then that, it served its purpose for one overnight stay.
This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. There was no hot water to shower. Not even luke warm. We changed rooms and it wasnt any better. Water barely got tolerable to take a shower.
The beds n the room i was in was worn out need new ones tv remote didn't work have to sleep the first night with no tv because staff said they couldn't do anything until the next morning coffee was cold
The lights in the pool area don't work and the hot tub is broken. The reason we choose this location was because of the hot tub. I should have gotten a small refund for the inconvenience
