Bugs, dirt carpet
Asked for my room to be serviced for mainly trash can empty and towels. Had to go to front desk for trash sack and towels to do myself. Last night our floor smelled horrible. Smelled like weed. Called front desk and nothing was done. No offer to switch rooms and we left with major headaches. I will not be going back to a LaQuinta
They not even accept the reservation from your company
The room has mold in them The smell was old mold I would not advice anyone to stay here They just paint over the mold.
The outside covering of the a/c unit fell off as one of our friends walked by it to get into bed. Also the drawer in the bathroom wasnt even screwed on either side. It fell on one of our guests foot. Then the bath tub water ran all night, there was no tightening hard enough to stop it. Friendly staff just not as great of a facility as the other la quinta inns ive stayed at. On the plus their hot tub works.
Towels were unwashed.
Door in restroom wouldn’t not open I had to go downstairs to use the bathroom
It wasn’t as picture. Also it smelled like urine and was dirty. They accuse me of smoking n I don’t even smoke. Also walls were so thin I can hear everything. I was unable to sleep. The refrigerator didn’t work just the freezer. It was just so bad .
