The Wi-Fi did not work and the tv was extremely small compared to the other rooms
This whole experience was a nightmare. There was construction that no one said anything about until after we checked in. I asked to leave and they charged me an entire nights few plus $50! We were there 2 hours trying to leave the entire time. Highly NOT recommend to stay here. Still disputing charges with my bank!
I did not like it. Not safe or fun for children
I have no idea why this happened the website said nothing about being under construction .My son is devastated because the pool was closed and that’s the reason we came.
Something in the bed bite my hands face and body maybe bedbugs or spiders they need to clean up better
I found a bed bug in our room we were moved and while in the lobby another customer on the same floor is in a room with no mattress and she is here for a funeral. She is told her room is under construction and she was in there by mistake. Not hard to connect the dots construct that involved the removal of a mattress on the same floor I just found bed bugs. I found a bed bug on my stay I wasn’t happy about that at all… definitely ruined my sleep been itching since I seen it. Can’t even lay back down… packing to leave and I still have some time before check out.
