For the price I do not believe we would stay again. Bed was super hard. All night the people above were stomping or jumping. Big room

Bad That my daughter fell out side ur places and twisted her ankle and no assistant at all and I asked the person in front to see the video and nothing!

Poor Pool was closed for renovation and not listed online. Online it said breakfast included, this was incorrect.
Really only would stay here if no other hotel was available. They offered breakfast included online but that is far from the truth. Also says a smoking free zone,but people were smoking illegal substance in the room right next to us. Which was even worse it was a connecting room. Homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. There was no closet to hang up things. They didn’t change out one of the pillows which was found with a whole bunch of hair on it. Next to the AC unit was a bunch of dead ants. Poor No hot breakfast as advertised. Obviously not because of Covid.. simply to save cost in my opinion due to the lack of care in choice of mattresses and cleanliness. Location.
Poor upkeep Maintenance issues: toilet was broken. Manager did a temp fix. A/C airflow was low. We pulled filter and it was filthy. WE cleaned and replaced the filter which then enabled the unit to run. Bathroom shower curtain ripped. Room was dusty. The hotel amenities were reduced due to Covid: No breakfast. Gym and pool closed. No ice or vending machines. No housekeeping for short stays-if you want clean towels, you had to exchange old towels at front desk.
