Breakfast was picked over and resupply inadequate to meet demand. $100 incidental fee is rediculous and won't be refunded for 3-5 days. What incidentals can even be charged. No long distance calls, no room service, so why a pending fee. At most it should be more like $25.

Disappointed in room, not very pleasing. No closet, just rack in room. Soap provide the size of a quarter. Floors were sticky. Very utilitarian, basic. Second experience with a LaQuinta property. Won't stay again.

Needs to be clI recently stayed at a hotel that left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the bathroom had mold growing in the corners, and the bedding looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. It was really disappointing to see such poor attention to detail, especially during a time when hygiene is so important. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone until they get their act together and start prioritizing cleanliness.

Sheets were wrinkled in both beds, ac didn’t work, clock was an hour off from actual time, shorted a hand towel, quality of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and no lotion. The wood flooring looked new and nice.

Roaches. Musky rooms. Dirty unkept pool area. Old worn furniture in rooms.

I wanted the room I seen online instead I got one with carpet, a damaged tv, dirty shower floor and towels with holes in them. The pool area was littered with trash and dirty towels. There was hair and unknown objects floating in the pool. The pool had an odd smell, not the typical chlorine odor. Breakfast was very limited. With the few choices i had i decided on a waffle but then had no syrup.

The shower drain was plugged and would not drain properly. So in the shower stall instead of quickly draining off, the water from the shower head pooled at the drainage and I was standing in dirty water. Additionally a floor board in the shower just inadvertently popped out as I moved forward to turn off shower and the corner of this flooring badly stabbed me in the crux of my toe on my right foot.
