Hotel was sup par but I got over charged since I booked a suite and was given another room

I walked into a plate glass window and received a concussion. The mgr. was not compassionate..she wouldn't admit it was the hotels responsibility because the door to the room I entered, trying to find my way to lobby was unlocked...long story short..if the door had been locked I wouldn't have gone in since she said this part of the hotel is closed because of Covid! I reported her and the injury to LaQuinta Corp. Hospital ER charge $100!

Nothing this was a horrible stay and i will never stay here again every thing was bad. The service, the room, my bed was so bad i woke up every morning with a hurting back.

The hotel room was nice and it was exactly what I had reserved. The only bad thing was that the beds were covered in human hair. I quickly mentioned it to the staff and instead of them sending someone to clean the room, they gave us bed sheets for us to change the bed ourselves (they didn’t even give us enough sheets for the two beds). Also, the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub but it’s restricted due to Covid. I understood the restrictions however, there were people in the pool and in the hot tub.

We booked online because it said rooms were available. It was during a heavy ice storm with lots of power outages in the area. When we arrived, we were told they were at full capacity and could not let us check in. Did

Whatever"disenfectant or deodorizer" used was WAY TOO MUCH, COULD HARDLY BREATH. MATTRESSES IN ROOM WERE OLD & WORN OUT ( thought I was going to fall out of bed from lumpiness)
