Very strange room, floor slanted, dip in one bed mattress, air conditioner not working, exposed wires.
Rust on light fixtures & bad smell coming from AC
Did not get any sleep!!!
Very dirty. Room was supposed to sleep 5 but only had bedding/beds to fit 4 people. Hotel had no extra bedding or pillows to provide. Room was very dirty. Old combs/food under chairs. Very muggy and musky smelling. Pool was HORRIBLY dirty, debris in the bottom, cloudy water.
I’ve booked a room online. When I got there, they told me, the jacuzzi doesn’t heat. I gets in the room, it didn’t even have a jacuzzi. I would think the staff should know which room has a jacuzzi, and which one doesn’t. Those people are confused.

Too many thugs There were a lot of drunk guys and girls at the pool pushing each other in and being stupid around my grand kids. They shoved one friend in and almost hit a baby in a float, one of mine. I then saw him take his pants down in front of all 6 of my grands babies who ran he from 6ths to 17 years old. When I reported this to the front office the guy went down and told them we reported them. This made me very angry because he put our family at risk with theses people while I was with babies. There were no blankets or comforter on the bed or in the closet! Just a sheet and a very very thin waffle sheet, we were very cold, it’s winter time, not summer! Plus we were told when we checked in that breakfast was from 7-10 but it was actually over at 9:00, however when we arrived at 8:50 there was hardly anything left and no napkins or water bottles so when I asked the clerk for napkins and water she said they didn’t have any but we could go buy water from the front desk store. Th hotel room had no carpet and was very cold and loud. The sink was barely draining. They moved us to a carpeted room on a higher floor that was much better though. Both rooms had unlocked and easily opened windows when we arrived. Absolutely not worth the $$$. Friendly staff but scrappy hotel. Much more like a low end motel.
