We were put in a room that “wasn’t guest ready” and the toilet wasnt even bolted down then moved to a room with no blanket and it took a full day to get a blanket (after a nights stay). Was not told to request rooms service then was told to collect and take out our own trash. Was handed a broom and dust pan at breakfast for accidentally stepping on a frootloop that some kid dropped on the ground. The indoor pool was ice cold! Not a safe temperature to let a child swim in. I like the area that the hotel is in. Close to everything I needed. For some reason, they put me in a room in the hallway where they normally have dogs staying, the room was musty smelling and just didn't feel very clean and when checking in, the person was a little rude. I have stayed here before and it was quite nice, but this time around, it just wasn't as good. They didn't empty the trash or come into clean at all. If you’re unlucky and get a room by the highway you can hear the highway constantly. The pictures on Expedia are misleading. They show a king size room with a hot tub next to it. Well you will not be getting that room if you choose it. I needed upgrading when I got there. Room smelled like bleach and chlorine. It had two dehumidifiers running due to it. Stayed in suite. Room floor was completely dirty. Lacks the technology to provide a quiet environment (loud highway noise, most likely poor quality windows and insulation). Room was full of poorly made repairs, beds are old and uncomfortable. Multiple doors with access to unkown places, feels unsecure.

Property wide fire alarm triggered by an employee 3 straight mornings between 6am and 6:23. 1 day is an accident, 2 is training, the 3rd is downright poor management. Advertised pool was never available. 1st it was closed for renovation and then it was health department issues.
