Bad We had a horrible stay, there was a family of children who were up until 3-4am running around and making a ruckus. We complained to the front desk and they said they would compensate us for the night (which they did not) and they also assured us that they were going to move the family to a room on the lower level since they had so many complaints. THIS also didn't happen, the next night was the same----false promises and poor customer service. Location was good

This place ruined our vacation. This place is terrible. All the night we could hear everybody talking outside and we couldn’t sleep.

adequate room smelled. Long hair on floors towels tub. we all have short hair. breakfast was lacking. had the basic needs for our stay.
freundliches Personal, sonst so lala bis "geht gar nicht" beim Betreten des Hotels umwehte uns leider ein Geruch von Feuchtigkeit... Räume neu gestrichen, Rest macht sonst einen recht benutzten Eindruck. Klimaanlagen im unseren beiden Zimmern sehr laut und die Filter sollten dringend gereinigt werden; schlechter Geruch im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sehr spartanisch. In den ersten 3 Tagen war kein Toaster verfügbar. Schlecht für Toast und Bagel. Aussage der Rezeption: leider defekt.
