This is a false review from a disgruntled guest. It’s impossible to hack another guests phone through our WI-FI. Nothing is broken. Continental breakfast is served daily. And we take great pride in the cleanliness of our property.
Had fun and like the Area of the Hotel Room smells and hair was in the restroom . And no remote control for the TV. Had to call the front desk for one. Only the location
It could be better The room smelled musky, the hallway as well. the smell in the room got better after running the AC for several hours. the AC unit struggle to keep up the the cooling. the bed was sinking in both sides. I weight 148 and my wife 145 and it was sinking in the sides. there was a dog barking for hours, we arrived the dog was barking, we left and the dog was barking. Great location and great staff. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! OVERCHARGED I am super upset, I liked the place. They just lost a returning customer. And unfortunately out of 130.00. Plus they charged me another fee o. Top of it with 30.00 So disappointing. Being called a lier. I would never allow that such thing. I have been staying same multiple places multiple times never had any issue. This is absolutely false. I, the Owner, spoke to this guest when they came to check in today as they had stayed over the wknd and did not pay their Pet Fee. It was not an error on any employees fault they didn’t pay their pet fee. They also left our suite with dog fesces all over room and sofa. It smelled horrible and had to be put out of service for 3 days to deep clean. It’s sad people will leave someone’s property in this manner and then try to blame the business. But it happens.
