Get what you pay for. No Big Deal They didn't clean the room. Never really saw any staff. The entire hotel had a funny smell, but I'm guessing that was because they allow pets. The pool stayed open until 10 pm.
This place is terrible Everything!! Nothing was good we had to move from frist room because of the smell of cat urine and the second room smelled better but TV remote did not work put new batteries from front desk and they did not work. Had booked the hotel for two nights and wanted to check out after one night of hell the next morning and the lady a the desk could not speak English and could not check me out or print any kind of invoice. room was fair, but the TV remotes didn't work very well, dragging bags up and down stairs, really? busted elevator. Unbelievable! What breakfast? Mini muffins, bagels, cold cereal, coffee and orange juice. That's it? Might as well not even offer a breakfast. Note in the breakfast area taped to the wall says if you don't like the breakfast we offer, then go to a restaurant. Pathetic advice from a hotel.
Not happy Elevator was out of service. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked with this place. My husband recently had back surgery & we had to walk up 3 flight of stairs to get to our room since it was on the 3rd floor. We weren't offer a refund so we could book somewhere else, but was told we would have to pay a $50 deposit despite already paying for the room online. I will ever book with them again. Management lacks customer service towards guests and staff. Our stayed was booked for 7/23/22 thru 7/28/22. The 1st night of our 6 night stay was horrible. Our entire trip was paid before we arrived. The room we were assigned smelled of mold, the carpet was soaking wet and the the bedding on both queen beds were wet down to the mattress. The receptionist came to the room immediately and verified this. She offered us dry linens, however with the mattress being wet, would make no difference.
