Very Poor the room smelled so bad and elevator was not working which should be mentioned on website when booking.

Disappointing
Dirty smelly hotel but front desk staff work hard The room smelt damp , the mattress in the sofa bed was soiled and filthy . The room was dirty with mirrors covered in marks , the remote control was caked with grime and dirt

While we appreciate your feedback this is false. The guest checked in and staff went out of their way to do everything the guest asked for while being treated very rudely. Guest then at check out demanded a free stay. If we have a guest unhappy on arrival we are happy to refund them as there are numerous hotels in the area. Too often these days people are coming up with numerous complaints but want to stay and not check out then expect a free stay. If our hotel was in the shape she says we would not be operational. Looks are deceiving!! Toilet had pee on it as we arrived, tried calling 2xs put on hold, bed way to soft, need new mattress, extremely humid in room, tv controls were not working, chair had stain on it. Phone disconnected, clocks in room, and throughout the hotel time was approximately 30 minutes behind. Worst place we stayed at!!! Did not replenish, unavailable, doing laundry at time, quickly cleaned up breakfast at 9am.

Thank you for your feedaback. We do close breakfast at 9am as there are set hours 6am to 9am. We unfortunately cant let it go all day as we must have set times. All rooms do have Serta pillow top mattresses we apologize if you prefer a harder mattress. TV remote worked it was just the wrong input button was being pressed. Phone had been unplugged by prior guest and we do apologize housekeeping did not notice that. We hope to serve you again in the future.
wouldn’t stay here again elevator did not work. smelled. the pictures on booking are very deceiving of this hotel location, it was about 5-10 minutes from everything we needed, bed was comfortable

Disappointing shower was dirty, the carpet was wet and it just wasn’t that clean. TV did not work nor did the elevator convenient location

Good hotel for price. Better A/C works too well than not enough. Ask if elevator works before paying Air conditioning unit kept room very cold however nomatter the setting i put it on, itleaked water onto the carpet. Consequently, carpet by unit was squishy wet including by desk where i needed to work. Had to place towel under my feet. Also, elwvator was out of comission so had to walk luggage up/down on arrival and departure and and daily gear (ice chests/equipment) every day. Breakfast was continental. The location was great but they did not inform us about the broken elevator when we called to confirm our room the air c The elevators were broken and they did not tell us that whenever I called to confirm my room. we asked for our bedsheets to be changed and the maid was rude to us world her eyes and slammed our door when she went to get the new bedsheets.
