room was fair, but the TV remotes didn't work very well, dragging bags up and down stairs, really? busted elevator. Unbelievable! What breakfast? Mini muffins, bagels, cold cereal, coffee and orange juice. That's it? Might as well not even offer a breakfast. Note in the breakfast area taped to the wall says if you don't like the breakfast we offer, then go to a restaurant. Pathetic advice from a hotel.
Not happy Elevator was out of service. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked with this place. My husband recently had back surgery & we had to walk up 3 flight of stairs to get to our room since it was on the 3rd floor. We weren't offer a refund so we could book somewhere else, but was told we would have to pay a $50 deposit despite already paying for the room online. I will ever book with them again. Management lacks customer service towards guests and staff. Our stayed was booked for 7/23/22 thru 7/28/22. The 1st night of our 6 night stay was horrible. Our entire trip was paid before we arrived. The room we were assigned smelled of mold, the carpet was soaking wet and the the bedding on both queen beds were wet down to the mattress. The receptionist came to the room immediately and verified this. She offered us dry linens, however with the mattress being wet, would make no difference. Disappointing Stay! Misleading about 2 rooms. Was under the assumption there were 2 separate rooms. First room was actually a “living room” with a bed in it. Very odd! There was a horrible smell that smelled like cabbage or bad poop. Furniture is outdated. I was afraid to sit on it because it looked so old. I actually covered the office chair with a towel before sitting on it. I NEVWR sat on the sofa or living room chairs because they didn’t appear to be very “safe” (cleanliness wise). While we appreciate your feedback there were no overcharges. We allowed the cancellation policy to be waived and allowed you to cancel same day and refunded Sunday night, refunded pet fee for the day, and refunded pet deposit totaling $311. We sent you a detailed email and receipt. The only thing you were charged for is Sat night that you stayed and pet fee for Saturday.
De geur viel echt wel tegen. Het ontbijt was van slechte kwaliteit; er was toastbrood, cereal, muffins, fruitsap uit een pakje. Maar er was bijvoorbeeld geen yoghurt, hartig broodbeleg of fruit. Er hing ook een blad papier met de boodschap dat als het ontbijt u niet kon bekoren je naar een van de etablissementen verder in de straat kon gaan... Wat nog het meest tegen viel was de muffe geur in het hotel en in de kamer. Het personeel was best behulpzaam.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE !! WHEN I ENTERED MY ROOM IT HAD A BAD SMELL COMING FROM THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT!! This is absolutely false. The guest did not have any issue with bugs or her daughter being bit. At check in we informed her we were having our elevator updated and she would be on the 2nd floor. She was unhappy with that so we offered her a $40 discount and she agreed that would make her happy and she checked in and stayed with no complaints during her stay.
