Disappointing Had to move room twice. First room had a overwhelming smell of urine, second rooms A/C leaked water, flooding the carpet. Elevator did not work. Good location. Spacious room.
Disappointing and frustrating! The elevator was broken and we had to walk the stairs. The toilet ran all night, the tv did not connect using the remote, and we had to wait for a staff member to come to the room to connect it. When we tried to turn the tv on in the morning, the same thing happened, we were told someone would come up, but they never made it. The air conditioner did not work. It barely cooled the room. Poor bugs on the floor and dresser near the bed. we asked to change the room and the receptionist that there was in the night was so rude. the receptionist in the afternoon was really nice with us and helped us with check in and other request

Never again. Breakfast was pitiful; nothing but carbohydrates. The property is extremely tired, desperately in need of upgrades. The elevator was broken for my 4 days there. The only redeeming aspect of this place is that it is across the street from Viola and Agnes. The desk clerks were incredibly courteous and friendly.
IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING I had made the reservations a month in advance When we arrived at the property and went to check in I had reserved 2 rooms and we were actually split up One room was on th 2nd floor and 2 room was on the 3rd floor Then the girl proceeds to tell us the Elevator did not work, and we had to use the Stairs When we went to get our luggage from the cars the key pad on the side door did not work either so we had to walk everything back around through front lobby just to wag a 50lb suitcase up the stairs. Bad Black Mold in bathroom ceiling. Cobwebs on lamp next to bed. Dirt everywhere. Filthy windows and mirrors. Dead bug carcasses everywhere. Stains. Strong unbearable Foul smell.
