Will not answer calls about smoking charge and I have never smoked in my life and look for nonsmoking rooms when I trave charged a smoking fee, I have NEVER smoked good location

While we appreciate your feedback we strongly disagree. General Manager returned your email and several staff members and have spoken to you many different times. Online we state we are completely nonsmoking, at check in you sign the registration form that states no smoking or there will be a $250 Smoking Fee. Upon check out housekeeping manager advised front desk your room was smoked in. Then the hotel manager and another employee goes to verify this. Will never stay there again No elevator (it was out of service)and staircases had trash than no one cleaned for 4 days we stayed there , musty smell and dirty and stained carpets What breakfast there was couple of bagels and sign if you don't like it we will recommend restaurant you can go to

Maintenance lacking Air conditioner would not get room cool enough, elevator broken and phone did not work. Location and staff

Fair The side door for the pool was not working, the room was clean visually but we noticed that the curtains were full of dust, there were two different carpets that one of them had rips in them. The bathroom had a shelf that the paint was peeling off of and was on the towels. The elevators were not working. The "Free breakfast" was Fruit Loops, Cheerios, and Bagels. They even had a sign posted saying that if you did not like the breakfast to go somewhere else. The pool was nice. The woman upfront was very nice and helpful.... read more
