Bad bad bad !!! Huntsville need to be tore down and your booking is super bad. I spent a lot of money on your hotel this trip and it was not worth it ,I will be looking for better hotel from now on . miss use me and other flooded folks in houston area . the over charge wow !!! I will be reporting this to all the right authoritys when I get home !!! Bad service The service was terrible. When we needed blankets, we had to come get them ourselves. They made us change rooms the second night, and we had to move the crib upstairs ourselves. I paid more for this hotel than I would've at a fancier hotel, but chose this one because a family member was staying here. Never again!

This place has bedbugs stay away from this hotel I did not like the fact that there were bedbugs and I ask to get a Refun and I was told they wouldn't charge my card but they did that to me is really bad

Disappointing
Way overrated Walls as thin as papers, all doors slam very loud. Wrong google maps indications to get here via 99, the street in front of the hotel is miss placed. Staff had no knowledge about the tools on the freeway right next to the hotel. A/C unit is very loud, a window unit, no central A/C. Called the staff some days before to ask about the 2 different room options I could book, they told me the exact opposite of what I found there. They told me deluxe was the large room, I booked it.
