It was a great weekend overall. The pool was nice for the kids. Orange juice was out of order. Ice was out of order. They ran out of breakfast. Beds were small and uncomfortable. The convenience of the pool.
Disappointing The bathroom wasn't clean and there wasn't any toilet paper on the holder. The room smelled wet and musty. The floor plan of the room mad no sense.

It is 2 star Nothing The hall way smells smokes while is smoke free. Breakfast worth zero, dont book for the sake of breakfast or cheap price. Breakfast worth nothing. Far from resorts and you end up paying uber much more.
Unacceptable, horrible. When we arrived, our first rooms lights were broken and did not turn on. The second room we were assigned we later found dried blood on the bathroom door and wall. Absolutely unacceptable. Honestly, not much.

Will never book through booking.com in future. There is not a live person to speak to .outraged!

Dirty and Noisy This hotel is filthy, in disrepair, and noisy. The bed cover had a stain on it, the furnishings were chipped and in poor condition, the plastic laminate covering the walls of an elevator was peeling off, door handle was missing, producing a dangerous metal protrusion, and one of the stairways smelled very bad, likely due to the filthy carpet that does not appear to have been cleaned in a long time.
