Disappointingly. My 9yr old said "this is the worse hotel we ever stayed at," Night staff at check in were rude and short. More interested with entertaining eachother than focusing on guests. Warm milk at breakfast... you're lucky I didn't call the heath department on you. It did cross my mind. Check out. Morning staff was pleasant.

Horrible The lock on the back door was broken, the elevators were fire traps, the hallway smelled of pet urine, the bathroom was not cleaned, urine on the bathroom floor, stained furniture, stained walls and doors, blackout curtains did not keep out the very bright security lights from outside, dust accumulated all around the ceiling including the bathroom fans and ac units. The front lobby was clean

Fair A/C did not work, very little hot water, had to change rooms door lock broken, card key did not work for outside door, had to walk around to front lobby each time. Continental breakfast

We were changed to another room after the first night, and the water was not heating on the second room The bathroom was not working properly (clogged sink and shower), fridge and carpet dirty. It has a good breakfast

Don’t bother It’s dirty and needs some cleaning. Gum was stuck on the wall in the elevator and crumbs and a lollipop stick greeted us in the room. The employees were very approachable.

Very unsanitary conditions with no follow up on concerns from staff. Dirty unsanitary room and restroom needs extensive cleaning. Staff unattentive to concerns or needs. Very loud conditions due to animals being aloud in rooms. Dirty and unsanitary room and bathroom . Very limited breakfasts options. Not even worth the effort.

Very overpriced for an off the strip mediocre hotel. There was no hot water on the second night or the morning so I had a cold shower. The bathtub did not drain so I was standing in dirty water. The public restrooms were filthy. The overworked staff at the front desk were rude. It was convenient to where our tournament was. The bed was comfortable.

Was only there to sleep so i didn’t see much. Friendly staff. I messaged them about the dog poop but never heard back There was dog poop swept next to air conditioner against the wall in my room. I didn’t see it until the next morning. Gross Close to sporting fields
