it makes me sick even to think about it they don’t call taxi for the clients they don’t have a small room for the lagages after leaving the room my fly it was 12.05 am I had to walk with 3laggages at the age of 80 the two hours later finally I found TAXI and there are all lot more nice stories from my adventure in that hotel
DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL Except for Tom, the staff is useless. The hotel needs a very urgent renovation, everything is old, the carpet smells bad, the windows are old and dirty and so the rooms are not quiet (no sound proof, not even the door). The Wifi doesn’t reach the rooms on the 10th floor. They have no luggage storage. It’s the worst value for money ever. I feel like I was robbed because it’s definitely not cheap. Nothing. Even the location might look good, it’s located in a very busy, noisy, smelly street.
