no satisfactoria que las habitaciones aún tienen alfombra y por tema dw COVID es súper peligroso aparte que olía feo la ubicación.
Bad 1) a 12 level hotel with only one elevator functioning 2) the reception lady was rode 3) after checking out they do not keep you bags which I was surprised 4) the room was was not cleaned every day 5) over priced
Stay away Staff was not helpful. Hotel looks old and run-down. WiFi router ai our floor was not working and no one from the staff cared or tried to assist. Did not get what I paid for!! Location near penn Station

muy mal servicio poco amigables el recepcionista muy desatento, al salir pedimos nos ayudaran a resguardar nuestras maletas y no lo quisieron hacer por covid, aun cuando en otros hoteles de la misma ciudad si nos apoyaron. solo la unicacion

Bad The place looks like a city version of motel 6 tbh . Rooms smell of smoke , and overall furniture looks from the 80s. Very dissapoiinting Location .
do not stay in that hotel dirty, hair and dirt Avery where in the room. very small room, you can't even move. there was only 1 elevator working & the second out of service they refuse to store my baggages for 2 hours only. I email booking to return my money back. nothing
