We won’t be coming back Very Disappointing – Poor Service and Outdated Room We arrived at the hotel about few hours before the official check-in time and had informed the hotel in advance via email. Decent but not great. The roof top bar was closed all weekend which was a bit disappointing since there is hardly any other space to hang out in the hotel. Location is great for exploring Manhattan and eating Korean food. The hotel is decent and clean.

Decepção total Pra começar, escolhemos um quarto com cama queen e que na foto havia uma bancada de trabalho. Qdo chegamos, as 2:00 am, foi a maior decepção: quarto minúsculo, velho, sem a bancada de trabalho e sem frigobar. Descemos para reclamar, e disseram que era aquele mesmo que havíamos reservado. Como estávamos cansados, deixei para discutir no dia seguinte, quando abri minha confirmação do Booking e mostrei que na foto havia sim uma bancada. E só aí que nos trocaram. Ubicacion excelente, pero deja un poco a desear el hotel La habitación tenía un poco de olor a humedad, durante la noche se escuchaba un ruido de alguna bomba de agua o algo similar, y la cama era mala, se hundía toda, los baño de planta baja eran muy sucios. un detalle tienen 2 ascensores que tardan muchísimo, nos tocaron días en donde no funcionaba 1 de ellos y a veces esperamos 10 minutos para subir y para bajar por la cantidad de gente que subía y bajaba.
