Pasable. El personal poco agradable. La Ubicación y la cama y que tuviera hielo en las plantas.

Extremely Disappointing The refund policy is pethatic The hotel deducted 50$ as security,which upon check out i asked the receptionist,she said its been refunded,but my bank doesnt shows refund reflect in my statement,i wl never ever would recommend my friends to stay their

Déçus de la chambre !!! Nous avons eu une chambre au 2e étage, tout le monde ne peut pas être dans les étages supérieures certes mais notre chambre était juste au dessus du hall d’entrée avec une fenêtre minuscule dans un état de saleté qui ne nous permettait même pas de voir à travers. La fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas !!! Nous avons quand même séjourné à 4 personnes 11 nuits dans cet hôtel et aucune possibilité d’aérer la chambre !!! Stay was passable but disappointed that my room was not cleaned one day. No dining in the hotel. Location was good

We booked 2x1 week here but ended up cancelling the 2nd week and book accommodation at another hotel Broken A/C, no fridge in the room, loud, unstable and slow Wifi, no TV channels. Close to subway and multiple restaurants

Poor experience but could be worse The room was too dark. Also, there was a slight smell of cigarettes even though the room was considered non-smoking. What is more, the wifi signal to the room was very poor - could only get a hold of a single line by the door. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was quite considering the location. However, this meant it was facing the back and it was always dark inside.

Disappointing and wouldn’t stay here again Not very clean & bed was very uncomfortable with minimal linens. Shower didn’t drain and towels were super thin and really rough to touch. The elevators didn’t always work properly, and both they and the hallways were so hot that any time spent waiting in them was uncomfortable. The pictures made it seem nicer than it is, and for the price it certainly should have been better. I don’t prefer the location because of the part of the city it’s in, but I wouldn’t dock for that personall... read more
