Hotels are expensive and small in New York. We anticipated, it would be an old hotel when we booked. Very small room. Old and in need of an update but we spent very little time in the room . Main complaint was greeting upon check-in after walking through torrential rain and storms was less than enthusiastic. We were told no information about the rooftop bar, nor the availability of tea and coffee down in the lobby. Fair Daughter uses a wheelchair. No access for wheelchair users after hours. If we were not able to assist her up the steps, she would have been unable to check in. Fitness center has no disinfectant wipes and AC was not working. Staff were professional and helpful.

Pagas por la ubicación, no por nada más Habitación obsoleta, sin ventilación. El suelo de moqueta dejaba mucho que desear y el baño regular. Nos cambiaban a diario las toallas pero a veces tenían pelos. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien. Excesivamente caro para lo que ofrecen. Pagas por la ubicación del hotel. La ubicación es perfecta.

Buena ubicación, no conforme con el trato. Perdimos una noche de hotel por cancelación del vuelo y nadie se ha hecho responsable de devolvernos la noche disfrutada. El hotel me dijo que no era posible devolver el importe de esa noche, llamamos desde españa para decir que no podríamos llegar hasta el día siguiente y su respuesta fue, no podemos hacer nada.
