Too noisy to sleep, not worth the cost, nice location in Korea town. The hotel has gone to pot, they have sold it to lower end owners rather than maintain it. The HVAC unit was broken. The next door rooftop blower was too noisy to sleep, though we asked for a quiet room. Ice machines broken on floors 8, 10, and 12. Bathroom fan was too noisy. Antes se llama Quinta Inn.... esta bien ubicado, pero la calle es muy sucia Si requieren comprobación de gastos este hotel es pésima recomendación. No quisieron darme Invoice porque el cobro lo hizo booking... nunca respondieron a mis correos, ni mensajes. Solo había una persona que atiende el front desk y atiende el tema de la facturación. En esto muy mal.

Stay here for the location, not for the hotel. AC in the room were VERY loud. Hot water was hit and miss which I found very annoying and frustrating. There was no refrigerator in the room which I personally don't like as I like a cold drink available to me. Clean rooms. Great location in the middle of Korea Town. Staff was friendly though we barely saw anyone honestly. No breakfast but with the options all around there was no need. Room itself was a good size for my wife and I, no frills but it worked.

Sleepless in NY The room was next to the street on the second floor, which was always loud. Every night, it was hard to sleep and you could hear the cars and trash truck. I'm not a light sleeper. Tried to change room or cancel but got the run around. Was there for a week. Bed was more of a full size than a queen. Location being near many shops.
