Fair Hallways and elevator run down, old carpet. Room

Very unhappy with customer service and all the drama displayed. Someone tried to brake into the room.Y yelled and they stopped.A little later Someone knocked asking for my ID.It was past 12 am and he insisted that I open the door.I wouldn't because prior to us entering the room we saw a group of men being loud and going up and down the hall.I was frightened to the point of almost calling 911.I refused to open the door and gave all information needed of me.It was a mistake made on the front desk.All of this matter could have ... read more

Ehhhh We saw a small bug in the room and there was hair still in the shower. Location

Meh. There are cheaper alternatives. Roaches. Yes. And they didn’t clean the room the whole time I was there. Close to my family but that’s it.

Good location, but don't have high expectations... Room was not very clean (dusty, broken shade, used coffee still in coffee maker), leaky ceiling in main hall of lobby that clearly has been an issue for a while. Just a general lack of attention to detail. Staff was nice, location was great for the event we attended.

Didn't get to stay. They advertise pay when you check in. This is a lie. They cancelled my reservation before I got there because the card that I booked with was declined. I was going to pay with a different card because it was advertised that you pay when you check in. nothing

I enjoyed few things like the location was great, breakfast, the gym and the pool Were good I stand in the middle on th The facilities in the rooms were dated, I don’t know about others but my room was dirty. I found trash behind drawers, the fridge cabinet was dusty, I needed a bath but the bath had no stopper. I called customer service and was told they would come! But no one showed up. I had to call again and again before they finally brought a stopper! The room are big enough for kitchen/kitchenettes, I was disappointed ... read more

Somewhat decent stay The AC noise, the highway noise, above the room was a heavy walker, breakfast lady was rude, dirty towels The bed was comfortable
