Fair See above There was only one very slow elevator. The hallway around the elevator was very dirty. The room needed deep cleaning. There was dirt in all the corners. The staff was very good. No complaints. I appreciate the free breakfast but it was not good. The Wi-Fi code we received did not work. We tried multiple times. Also our key failed twice. Had to replace twice. That was very annoying. The place was functional and worked OK but I won’t be going back.

Verify guest check outs On the day of check out the non English speaking house keeper started cleaning out my room before I had officially checked out. Just because she had seen me taking my luggage out. I met her in the hallway and she handed me my cellphone. What was the hurry? To get the rooms done quickly? I would appreciate an organized system that communicates to its house keepers and rest of the staff that a guest has officially checked out. Not hurrying in so they can get their job done. It was okay!! When I arrived there at 3:00 that morning due to unforeseen circumstances my room was given away even though I called told them I would be late arriving and they took my payment info over the phone and told me that would secure my room.. The guy at the desk seemed very unbothered and didn’t care that my room I payed for was no longer available.. Disappointing
Other than the mildew it's was ok It smelled like mildew and it had mildew in the shower. In our room Breakfast was decent compare to most.
