Fair Full price but no breakfast or pool. If you dont offer everythin you have why charge full price. The cleanliness.
Disappointing
Just used the bed to sleep. Nothing else because I wasn’t comfortable with how clean it was I saw bugs right when I walked in the lobby. The bathroom was dirty and tiny bugs were coming out the sink. I didn’t feel comfortable showering because it didn’t feel clean. And needs updating. Location, Addison, TX

Four people should be given 4 towels. One day we received 1 and another day we received 3. Easy fix The beds were horrible. A rock would have been better Due to COVID-19, we were given a granola bar, apple, and a bottle of water every morning
I will not stay here again The air conditioner didnt work in our room, the remote control didnt work in our room, the closet door was broken, the pool was green and not taken care of at all, no breakfast, the staff wasnt that nice and the price of drinks and snacks and were expensive This hotel was convenient to what I was doing and the price was good.

Fair
Fair Breakfast and coffee not served due to Covid-19 but there was no warning ahead of time that this was not happening. Outdoor pool was green and unavailable. No explanation or warning that the pool would not be open - very upset grandson. Remote didn’t work on the tv. Outlets in the bathroom did not work. Absolutely no cleaning done on a daily basis - we were there for 4 days. Potatoe chip crumbs from first night remained on the floor and chair until we left. Floor was never vacuumed. Disappointing The cleanliness was was so great. Beer bottles and trash were visible in the parking lot and hotel. Not what I've seen before. Great location and price is great

Sucked! I had two rooms and they both had dirty lamp shades! Bad plumbing. The room was not decorated very well. The linen was horrible! Hardly no furniture in the room! Was not cozy at all!! The laminated floors were the icing on the cake:/
