Very Poor There was no hot water until late at night. A false fire alarm went off At 4:30 in the morning. It lasted 1/2 an hour.

Exceptional Bathtub continued to drain and had to keep putting more water in there to maintain it

Good Blankets were uncomfortable. Heater made a funny sound.

Attitude at 3 in the morning Had to say "hello" a couple of times before the desk clerk came to the desk, and when she got there it appeared we were interrupting her. Had to ask how to get to the room because she failed to show us. The room had a very musty smell. And it became stronger when we turned on the AC. I had put the DND sign out and housekeeping still knocked on the door, and it wasn't pass check out time. It was close to the Ford Star Center and the price was good considering the location.

Disappointing There was no breakfast mean, just soggy eggs. The toaster didnt work. The waffle machine kept sticking. The customer service is horrible Let me clarify that it was the morning stop that was horrible.

Fair Ice maker broke, cable cut for tv all day Saturday, the night staff was extremely rude and aggressive to our family that was visiting down in the lobby. He threatened to call the police Location and rooms were clean and nice

Beautiful wedding weekend No ice machines on floors, elevator was extremely slow. Side door to the east was broken. Night shift person was very rude to my family setting in the dining room. He was extremely rude and hard to talk too. Said he was going to call the police and he did. We just had’2 people down therevnll The lady that Checked us in was helpful and kind
