Dirty and Not What I Expected The rooms were dirty. Housekeeping service was mediocre as the rooms were still dirty after they left. Floors not swept. Dusting not done. My extra blanket was just tossed on the bed. Due to COVID there were not serving breakfast. However they also removed any snacks, vending machines or ability to buy water. Fair The motel advertised breakfast, but there wasn't any. While I forgot my toothpaste and the front desk clerk said they had a sundry shop, it wasn't stocked.

choose another hotel rude check in person. could not sit down while she took forever to check us in. no breakfast even though it said they offered breakfast with the room. they could have offered a bag with a cup of juice, a Danish or bagel and a piece of fruit. instead nothing. only coffee with powdered creamer. tv was difficult to work with. worn sheets. only 1 washcloth for 2 people. at checkout, no one around. quiet only because lightly occupied. lots of outlets.

Disappointing The beds were horrible. Super hard and uncomfortable. My family and I were there for two nights and we did not sleep well at all and for the price we paid, I'm sorry, but it was not worth it at all and we did book through a third party. The staff was super friendly, especially the manager that was on the day shift. She was amazing. Good No restaurant on premise or within walking distance for meals other than breakfast. It’s comfortable not fancy.
Faulty alarm system. Would not recommend staying at this location. This location apparently had been having issues with the alarm system. According to the local fire department who arrived in early AM, this location is not safe due to a faulty system that had not been repaired after several other fire alarm incidences. They should not be scheduling guests until the system is repaired. Left a message for management to call me and have yet to receive a return call.

Very Poor fire alarm went off for over an hour and they couldn't turn it off no key pad to put code According to Fire dept. it was the fourth time they had been out to this hotel. I want a refund on this night stay.
