It was ok. The second floor was smelly, like a old or musty smell. My room was ok nothing too bad but not exceptional, could have been cleaned at more detail there was dust on quite a few spots. I have stayed for the same price at really nice hotels so I do feel like I over payed for this room. The breakfast bags were also really disappointing a water bottle a muffin and a granola bar not a good breakfast. Over all not dissatisfied completely just disappointed. It was close to where I needed to stay at.

Disappointing Every thing in the room was old. Only thing updated was the TV.

Embarrassing I booked this hotel for my family. Everything. Room was filthy Very expensive hotel. The rooms were very dirty, pool was closed and breakfast was terrible. Worst of all, room was filthy. I would ask for some money back since I paid 300 for only two nights, but the service we got was not good so I am sure they dont care. While we drank our coffee, two people came in from the street who were homeless and obviously on drugs. Sorry to hear about the issues you had during your stay. The coffee is just for guest only. We do not allow people who are not staying with us to come in for coffee. The pool is closed due to Covid-19. Breakfast has also had to be limited due to Covid-19. We will continue to work on these items you've told us about.

Poor The ac in our room was set on 60 and we still sweated all night as if a fan was on. Our ice bucket was filled with trash. And to top it off the entire reason we booked that specific hotel was due to the fact it had a pool and hot tub. Turns out we couldn’t even use it. The best part was we weren’t even aloud to get breakfast. Their website never mentioned the pool being closed or no breakfast served I spent $202 for a room that I could of spent somewhere else an had a much better stay. Not bad, besides the bug!! Big huge water bug that scared me while I was in the shower. It was disgusting!! Really hope yall call out a pest control. .

It was ok only thing I liked it was by the river Y’all had no breakfast but online it still says free breakfast could of at least gave us a discount

Due to Covid 19 we are not offering the buffet breakfast. We do have grab and go bags. It is stated when booking due to Covid 19 some amenities are not offered. We hope to offer more items with the safety of our guests in mind.

Would NOT recommend We picked this hotel because we didn't want to have to get up and go to a restaurant to eat. We were told we would have breakfast the next morning and NOPE. No breakfast. Our shower didn't have cold water so we couldn't take showers. The dogs next door were barking all night and the people upstairs were stomping around as well. Overnight staff was not helpful AT ALL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. The only upside was that we had a bed to sleep in for the night! I had a place to sleep. That's al... read more

We have signs posted that states we don't have the buffet breakfast and that we offer grab and go bags. We checked the water multiple times and the water does come out hot, warm and cold. Sorry you had these issues. We will look into them and get them corrected.

Won't comeback and I really wanted to I booked for a king suite was not available they gave me a room twice first one what's wrong second one shower did not work the other room that they gave me sink was clogged up and they say the accommodation they giving me was a free room if I knew that I wouldn't have never stayed I was trying my best to be patient and understanding but I guess this is why we can't then was charged till the 9th when I cked out on 6th so I had figured the manager was adjusting my amount but looks like no... read more

Won’t be back!!! Poor handling of my bill I specifically ask how I wanted to bill.. they didn’t follow my instructions. The TV remote was not properly working n no body bothered to fix it.. I reported several times.. I also arrived early n explain to Vic I wanted a 1st floor room n when I returned at 3.00 the choices were only 1 room with the issue of the TV problem.
