Will not stay here again! This hotel is run down. Broken door windows, broken locks, messed up ceilings, gross shower tile, and no hot breakfast. I understand the breakfast is a brown bag breakfast because of COVID but you should put that on your website. I paid an additional $20 for breakfast and I wouldn’t have had I known breakfast was a bag with a muffin and a bottle of water. I would like a refund for that Cold a/c
Incompetence at check-in followed by poorly maintained rooms I booked 2 rooms. At check-in, I was only given one room key, when I told reception there were 2 rooms booked there was confusion. I offered to provide the confirmation number, but I guess confirmation numbers don't work at La Quinta? The staff was totally incompetent. After explaining how transactions are conducted in human society, we finally got the key to the 2nd room that was already paid for.

Very Poor Elevator was broken. Mattress springs were poking out of mattress. They put us on third floor with a wheelchair bound person. Unfriendly staff.

Sorry about the issues you had during your stay. The elevator did have issues and a tech was called out to fix it right away. We will look at the mattress and do what needs to be done to fix this issue. We were sold out so we cannot guarantee a 1st floor room. The elevator issues was an unexpected maintenance issue. Again i do apologize.
Good location and per friendly but that’s about it. The breakfast was laughable. Because of COVID they have brown bag pre-packed breakfasts that consisted of 1/2 nature valley granola bar, a muffin and a bottled water. One morning the only thing in the bag was a bottled water. Location is good. It’s pet friendly which is probably the only reason I would stay here again.

Sorry you feel that way about the breakfast. Covid has changed the way thing are now. We are following brand, city and state guidelines for the safety of our guest and staff.
Disappointing Well first off there was hair all inside the shower walls. The toilet didn't flush. Then we had 3 big roach problem! I'm sorry but I didn't go on vacation to sleep with roaches. They did discount the room from 120 to 100 after taxes! But I still don't feel that makes up for all the problems we had!
please read REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING Under staffed, didn’t seem clean enough , curtain rod was sharp and had an accident, toilet didn’t want to flush ... no a.c in the common areas, stains in the carpet.. also had some family members find bugs in their room they need to have more staff to assist because we had to wait in line for a while... the beds were uncomfortable exposed bars on sides of the box springs (not good for little children or dangerous for carelessness kids) also if you decide to leave you will have to contact y... read more
