1 star I arrived at Orlando Airport on November 26 and needed a room for one night. By accident, my Hotels.com booking went through for December 4–5 instead. I realized the mistake immediately and went to the hotel about 20 minutes later to fix it. The front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all. She didn’t even try to understand the situation or offer any solution. I contacted Hotels.com right away to report the issue, but they told me the property refused to refund anything. Rooms smelled awful. Black rings in toilet. Shower water never got more than Luke warm.

My stay was a three night stay. I used expedia to book flight and hotel. I tried to take a shower and it was a bit above room temperature. Definitely couldn’t take a bath if I wanted to. Water was that cold. I picked up the phone in my room to call the front desk to ask about water and the phone didn’t even work. I used my cell phone to call the front desk and someone downstairs picked up the phone did not answer and hung up on me. Staff - I had a $75 incidental hold against my credit card and instead of this being a hold on my card, they actually took the money out of my account. This was 1.5x the room rate. There was no need for this as they didn’t offer a mini bar, so why take this?? When I phoned they said I would have to wait ten days for the money to be returned to me. This is theft. I asked for the manager to call me but of course this didn’t happen. I’m leaving the country today and now have no way to expedite this refund. It’s not good enough.

The stay at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room conditions were below expectations — the air conditioning was not functioning, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were poor. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful and at times rude, which made the stay unpleasant. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving both the facilities and customer service

Paid almost price of room to check in , was not worth the money to book thuru expedia ..only stayed a couple of hours ..paid extra just to check in before flight completely waste of money especially the qualiy of hotel ... only the staff was decen although still early checking $55 for appox 8hrs. Shuttle services the driver act like you not there assuming didnt like blacks no communication...there service drops of at arrival location so you walked the airport...never stay here again ...normally hilton loyal i see reason why.... read more

We arrived yesterday and when we checked for bedbugs we found 5 on the couch. We took photo and went to front desk. Showed photo and said we not staying. They offered another room and to have pest and maintenance to check. They would not refund me and said I had to contact you. I spent time yesterday trying to find your customer service number and could not. I tried reaching out through app and when I clicked on refunds I entered my name and and other details and when it said click here I was brought back to main page. I nee... read more
