Old broken down and not clean

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Filthy! Place needs to be torn down … renovating isn’t even worth it. Mattresses were so disgusting ( yes I do a beds bug check at all hotels). The amount of stains on these mis matched mattresses that look like they picked them up off side of road was hideous. All needing was mismatched and thrown together. I think you might have a remote in the room, when there is a tv in the room? Nice lady brought one, but guess what not checked, and it still didn’t work. So really, when I don’t have the complete room as expected, when I want it, TV It’s Overall to me not a recommendation!

La atención de la gerente del recibidor fue terrible, no tiene empatía, no es cortés y no se preocupó en ayudarnos, me cancelaron la estadía del 5 de junio y estuvimos varados en el lobby hasta el día 6 de junio y tuve que pagar una noche extra y el checkin extra a la 1pm para poder descansar. Personal de housekeeping muy amable y cortés

the hotel website stated that the shuttle bus ran to the airport every 30 minutes. No mention of phoning the hotel when you landed. We waited 1 hour 40 mins!!! When I addressed this with the manager she stated that it stated on the website that people had to phone the hotel however could not find it when she looked for it. The hotel was dirty and needed upgrading,

1. Doors didn’t lock properly so someone walked into my room in the middle of the night not once but twice. 2. Basic amenities are in desperate need of replacement. Towels were shredded and looked like old rags. Obvious stains on the floors, elevators and general surface areas. 3. Breakfast was meh.
