We didn't have enough towels either day we stayed, the bathroom floor wasn't swept and hair was on the floor that didn't belong to us. We paid for late check out but the housekeeping staff kept knocking on our door interrupting when it wasn't past our late checkout time.

TV wasn’t plugged in, box didn’t work, remote had no batteries. Tried to call the reception, then phone didn’t work. Tried to take a shower, it clogged the sink. Went to dry my hair, blow dryer didn’t work. Booked 2 days for 4 people, was given 2 mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner, as well as a single soap. Terrible experience.

The hotel is old and dirty. The elevator looks like a murder happened in it. The first room we went into was open, smelled like mold and looked like someone had slept in it. The staff was amazing and immediately switched us. But the new room was better but very dated. The beds have huge divots in the middle. This place needs a guy and remodel

The bed wasnt comfortable, bathroom bowl was so stain that it look very dirty, shower was dirty and pipe handle came off in my hand as i turn it, room have a bad smell.

Had to pay $15 for hotel parking. Felt like a big rip off to me since there was plenty of spots.

The room smelled, was dirty, and had live ROACHES. Evening staff was rude and unhelpful. The shuttle advertised was not available to be utilized because I was at sea with no connectivity within the 24 hour prior if needed earlier than 5am. Free breakfast was also unable to be utilized because I had to leave for my flight well before it opened. The staff was kind, except for the 2 women we encountered at the desk at check-in. They were disputing something in Spanish and while we waited for several minutes, they never acknowledged us. We finally left. Our room wasn’t great. Wanted to go to the hot tub and found it covered with a tarp and cinder blocks. Pool was ice cold. We visited the front desk as we had a tiny.
