Checking in the hotel was quick and easy, but once we enter the room. The tv didn’t work, the room had a weird smell, the floor was wet near the bed side. The breakfast was terrible due to finding a piece of hair in my eggs.

The property and room was very dirty. There was either rust or poop in the toilet. The bathroom sink was dirty and there was hair hanging from the clean towels. The rug in the hallway and the room was not vacuumed and there were food crumbs everywhere. The hotel elevator was outdated and smelled of urine. We checked out and took an Uber to a different hotel. De dos personas que nos atendieron en el check in, una el trato fue de poco agrado y la segunda persona que nos atendió (una fémina) nos buscó soluciones. Tuvimos cambio de cuarto en dos ocasiones por habitación sucia y por solo una cama cuando era para 4. Pueden mejorar.

Recientemente tuvimos un viaje a Orlando en familia y con nuestra pequeña mascota, como hacemos de costumbre, buscamos un hotel,y vi este con muy buenos comentarios y lo reservé al hacer el check in,hablo con la persona que me atendió y me explica donde esta las habitaciones Vuelvo a mi coche con mis hijas las maletas y le enseño que tengo una pequeña mascota para que lo apunte y el señor me dice que no hay problema que el lo apunta a mi habitación, dejamos las maletas a mi perrita en la habitación y llevo a mis hijas a cena... read more

First room they gave us the water was running steady in the bathtub and couldn’t shut off. Second room they gave us hall ways were dirty and needed swept and our room has gum stuck on the side of the nightstand and the desk . Noisy with people coming in and out at 2:00 am.

Dust on bed and dog barking. Amount of garbage moving in the pool. Pool was way too shallow. The food was okay
