It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus service but the driver was almost leaving when I was only a couple minutes late. There were only 2 passengers inside and my name was signed in for the 8 am. The key cards (for my room number 415) did not work properly. The wifi was difficult to connect even without the presence of password. I had to ask staff to help me with connection. The shower tap drips constantly. Breakfast was okay.

In my room the toilet was clogged the first time used didn't get resolve until the next morning one maintenance person had to wait until the morning time telephone was out of order me and my wife shouldn't have to wait until someone in the morning to fix the toilet horrible had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom everytime we had to go this was the worst experience for both of us.

Um bom hotel mas não querem hóspedes O atendimento é muito ruim, mesmo havendo quartos disponíveis, o recepcionista só me deixou fazer o checkin às 15hs. O hóspede é um incômodo para o hotel. O estacionamento do hotel foi 25 dólares por dia. O café da manhã deplorável. Infelizmente um bom hotel com um serviço horrível.

After hurricane Morton the outer grounds were very decent. However, inside I had issues. My first night there I had fleas in my room, they were on my bed and eventually on me. I was being bitten non stop. My bed sheets were dirty, and the end tables by the bed were filled with half eaten candy bars. I had flea bites all over my arms and legs. I arrived late , was surprised that there is no soap, no shower gel provided, and no bottle of water ( everywhere I stayed before small bottle of water was provided). Extremely noisy, paper walls so you can hear your neighbors and people outside like you’re in the same room . I guess it’s okay for one night since it’s really close to the airport but not more than that

This hotel is decaying in a bad way. The elevator on the back of the building is a total mess, dirty and abandoned. I stayed 4 days and they didn't service the room during my stay, I had to do the bed, throw the garbage and clean the shower and toilet. The wifi didn't work and nobody was able to help me. I had to share wifi from my phone to be able to use my computer. The pool and spa were so dirty, There was a guest trying to start the spa and he said it was cold and that it wasn't working. Old and ran down The property was old and ran down. Our TV did not work. We asked asked the front desk to please send maintenance up to fix the TV. They never showed up and the TV never worked.

They told me they will offer room service on the 3rd day and when i went to ask, some chubby guy at the desk who was assistant manager said its on the 4th day. So i stayed from Wednesday to Saturday with no room service. Was disgusting

Nasty employees; filthy, disgusting room. Employees were rude. Upon arrival, housekeeping had forgotten to put any soap or shampoo in my room. I called front desk and they said they would take care of it. No one came. Four hours later I called again and was rudely told " we don't do room service. If you want some come to the front desk after 3:00 and we'll call Housekeeping and ask them to bring some to the front desk. Toilet bowl was filthy. Brown stains.
