The pool that was advertised was outside, not inside, and it was not clean full of leaves. Not lit at night for pool and hot tub. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle service from the air port to the hotel was very convenient and timely. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast was delicious and hot and fresh.

Mediocre Once arriving at the airport, it took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. The hot water only got warm. The rooms are decent. Spent only one night to prepare for cruise. Wouldn't stay longer than that at this location.

Won't stay here again Terrible. Online check-in was a total waste of time as I had to do it all again when I got there. Understaffed. No cold water in the shower. Not very clean.

Shabby, dirty, torn cabinet, bugs in sink and light, dirty coffee packets shoved into coffee maker where clean water goes, walls and doors dirty, stained, marked, and spattered w substance, no plug in sink, mold w water stain from ceiling to towel rack, towels stained and ragged w strings hanging off edges. Ugh ewwww yuck, really? No standards. No quality control.
