Dirty towels, dirty bed, old bad shape bed, handicapped room that we did not need.

I usually don't give reviews but the first night my family and I did not like it because it was dirty. We wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi were dirty and we could not use. The bathroom smelled like old sweat, bed sheets felt dirty so we asked for new ones and they were nice to give them to us but they told us they change every three days. But it's nice.

The Manager (Paul) terrible management skills. Not polite at all, did not help me with a doubt that I had regarding for what they charged me. The way he treated me was disrespectful. He is not the appropriate person to be working in hospitality. Hotel did not clean your room every day.

The breakfast was only from 7am to 9 am, the building was in a bad condition, the ugly elevator smells a marijuana ,no hair conditioners, tv wasn’t working properly .

Terrible, filthy, and microbial sanitary standard low! Needs: vacuumed, wiped down(liquids of who knows on chairs, etc), painted, repaired. Shuttle was dirty: food, crumbs, pieces of “stuff” all over carpet, and seats so overlaid in stains…past gross. I stayed for one hour and checked out and went across the street to another hotel. Which was clean!!!! And delightful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However my room was dirty. I didn’t think you could have black sheets in hospitality but my bed had a black sheet on the bottom mattress and you can see a bunch of dirty on it by the headboard. Looked like it has never been cleaned. Toilet had brown stains in it. My tv was not working properly. It shut off or changed channels by itself every 30 mins. Channel numbers did not match tv guide.
