Elevators were broken and the working one was looking like a death trap. The rooms were dirty, the AC was broken and loud at night. The shower leaked all night long.

The only working elevator was very unsafe and falling apart. The air conditioning in the room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The shower had a leak that ran all night long. We rented the room twice this weekend and both times were terrible. I will not stay there again.

Only the freight elevator was working and it was in poor condition and reeked of cigarette smoke. The water pressure in the bathroom left a lot to be desired and there was no hot water.

The staff was excellent. The property is in need of updating
Feel like guest are not accommodated. We were told there was an airport shuttle but it did not start until 5am. Our flight was at 6am. We asked if the shuttle driver could take us less than 5 minutes to a rental car company and was told in a very uncomfortable demeanor “no” you will have to take an Uber. Late night, guest smoking Canadians outside the door where you enter the hotel, one elevator that almost crushed one of our guest. Phone did not work in on of the rooms
