Our toilet was plugged and would not flush properly. It was like that from the first use and l only peed. Clerk gave me a plunger and was unable to fix toilet. I had to go get the plunger myself. No phone communication from room.Clerk said no rooms were available to move us. Property in need of a lot of repairs and upgrades.

I was really turned off in the beginning because we got to the airport. Was there in time for a shuttle and when I called to find out where the shuttle is they told me it had been shut down. We had to Uber to get to the hotel checked in it was late. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and cordial so your staff is very nice, but can't make up for the inequities hotel possesses. It’s in maintenance….one of the elevators was not working… Bad breakfast….and it’s served only until 9 am… Old building and dirty rooms… I found hair in the bathroom

Disappointing Old hotel with some upgrades. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was mildew in the shower. Neither the tub or sink had drain plugs. There were drink splash stains on the wall and door in the bathroom.

The online pre check in was nice and made things easy. However upon arriving to our room the tub was filthy, the towels we were given had stains of God knows what on them. Additionally as we went to turn on the TV in the room it did not work at all. Very poor maintenance and cleanliness of this property and very disappointed in our quick stay.
