エレベーターが壊れていました。お風呂のシャワーヘッドが壊れていました。シャトルバスの送迎についての返事がなく、当日自分で電話をしないといけないので、電話がない海外からの旅行客は困ると思います。また、友人と一緒に2部屋取っていましたが、階の違う離れた部屋になり、隣は他人とコネクティングルームで、残念な気持ちになった。廊下からの音がうるさいことがあり、向かいの部屋の人の騒ぎ声がうるさかった。 従業員の人達は問題なくフレンドリー。朝食はアメリカにしては充実している。部屋は古いが掃除はされていて、タオルは清潔

Air conditioner didn’t work. We booked 2 rooms one for our kids and they didn’t put the rooms together

Our room was disgusting. The bathtub faucet was running all night. Part of the baseboard was broken off from the wall. There was socks under the chair from a previous guest. It was a very bad experience. I will never return there.

Facility looked run down. Unclean bathroom — crumbs or something on the floor that looked like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. Dented looking, cardboard, lampshade, the room looked like maybe a step or two above a transient residence. Very nice staff though.
