Bad experience with water not draining in the sink. There was no one available to fix the problem so we had to pack everything up and move to a different room. Close to the airport.

Room was filthy had cob webs in it. TVs didn’t work. No Hot water.

There is no air conditioning in the hallways, so the doors are all warped and difficult to open/close. Rooms were cooled and cleaned but very outdated. Paint chipping off doors and walls, etc. breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again if I had other options.

First, we were assigned a room that wasn’t ready (custodian still cleaning), & we ordered a double room, this was a King. That was rectified after another trip to the front desk. Second, the duvet was stained, the shower curtain was stained. The bathroom wall had a huge damp spot. We were only provided 1 tiny bar of soap & 1 small shampoo in the bathroom. Very disappointing.

We arrived early and it was helpful to be able to have them store our bags so we could visit a park. I refused to pay the early check-in fee of $28, which I’ve never heard of. The location was convenient for us as it was close to the airport and the convention center. The breakfast area was clean and offered a decent selection of food. The grounds were taken care of and although we weren’t able to visit the pool due to time, it looked nice. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Our room was dirty, and the shower randomly turned off before I could even get into it. Once I got it to work again it never heated up. We were supposed to stay here a second time at the end of our trip, but I canceled the moment we left. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else.

I didn't rate the cleanliness very high because I saw some tiny roaches running around. The staff is kind of grumpy. But that might be somewhat attributable to us getting in at 3:00 a.m. cuz of a delayed flight. I personally will avoid this place. We stayed another night at ANOTHER hotel even though we could have conveniently stayed here.

The rooms smelled musty, none of the fitness center equipment was in working condition. I had to ask for cleaning cloths to clean before I touched any equipment and the front desk acted like it was an issue. I waited 10 minutes at the counter before the “manager” came out from her hiding spot to help me. I will stop there.
