So, I checked in on Saturday, and on Wednesday nobody was cleaning my room. At Thursday morning I when to reception and asked to have my room cleaning. When I coming back at night, my room wasn’t clean, when out Friday morning again and coming back night, my room wasn’t cleaned again. When to reception and spoke to manager, he told me on Florida they only clean the room 4 days after check in and you have to asked for it. THE PHONE OIN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK(CALLED ABOUT IT 2 TIMES),HAD NO HAT WATER(NOT FIXED),AIR CONDITIONER ONLY COOLED ROOM TO 74 DEGREES,ALSO NOT FIXED.

Waited an hour for the shuttle. It took 45 minutes to list for the am shuttle. Front desk places you on hold as soon as they pick up the phone without notice. So disrespectful

i could not sleep,i woke up with a headache,the air conditioner on the roof wont stop knocking,i told the receptionist,but no one helped,the other guest complained too,i had to go to work and drive feeling bad.I await for an answer or satisfaction from the hotel.Hector Marante.

I going to contact management regarding the filthiness broken leaking, bathroom faucet. Spots through out floor garbage running over. Staff needs to retrained very unprofessional.

the place was extremely dirty. the mattress was broken the comforter was dirty the staff were rude no one should stay in this hotel I had also asked for a wake up call and no one called me

Only elevator working was a long walk from.lobby. in my room, the lights have a wiring issue. They were either all on or all off.

Called to get information from front desk for an upcoming stay, was told to call back, and was hung up on twice. Called corporate 800 number. They also got hung up on. Got to the property next day, was filthy. Trash on floors, elevator is decrepit with no certification. Was in the room, a guy walked in with a key to my room. The front counter booked my room to the guy behind me with the same key. Dirty toilets. Horrible experience

This was kind of a disaster of a stay. The hotel was dirty, The air conditioner in the hallways did not function and it was hot and humid. The room had dust all over it, and there was minor mold in the shower. The laundry facitlities did not properly dry your clothes and i had to iron them dry for 3 hours of the stay. There was also mold residue in the shower. The continental breakfast was very cold and underwhelming. It was very dissapointing.
