Our room was very dirty! We asked to be moved to a clean room and they moved us to a dirtier room! It was nasty. I open the sofa bed to set up my son’s bed and there was a doll and a bag of open candy there! We asked for our money back and left to the holiday in across the street!

Cleaning looks dirty. this looks rundown for the price they’re charging way too high for the way it looks . Staff needs to be more kind.

The night auditor allows parties. I was not able to sleep until 1:30 AM to take an early flight. I was tired and feeling sick because of the lack of rest since I could not sleep. It was like my freaking door was opening 24/7. That much noise. By the way, it was not the elevator near. Why people are freaking doing parties at an Airport Hotel? Be for real.

When I arrived in my room the shower was running slow by itself, I was able to turn it off myself.. only to find out the next morning there is no hot water for the shower just Luke warm.. The elevators was dirty and unkept and that set the tone to my stay. I was very disappointed and this location did not represent the La quinta in the best light. I was awaken to the slamming of cabinet doors through out the fourth floor by house keeping.one simple fix for that is to spend $20 for a thousand cabinet bumpers to put on the cab... read more

I expected the staff to be understanding and helpful. I couldn’t take a hot shower because I was told that there was a blurbing issue. The water in the sink was hot but the shower. I asked multiple employees why haven’t the guest been notified about this issue about the hot water. I didn’t get a logical response. I asked for a ETA just so I can take a hot shower and never got a response. The phone in the room wasn’t working, I had to continuously keep going to the front lobby for fresh towels & wash cloths.
