Our room didn't smell good when we enter. In the bathroom the vanity was completely clogged, everytime we used it, we had to wait a couple of minutes so the water went down to use it again. It will fill up immediately. The toiltet seat was broken where the rods hold the seat. We noticed the hallway rug had trash on it. The hotel needs to be renovated. Also the security door on the side (parking) could be open freely . Before you can only open it with the security key. The elevator the walls needs cleaning and some decoration... read more

The room condition was terrible and nobody was there to fix it. Bathroom panel was off and need to fix . Shower tap was leaking and I was not able to sleep both nights because of water dripping noice. I informed front deck twice but no fix .

The beds and pillows were horrible, couldn’t even get to sleep.. Would not agree with the rating of 8.9..

I am a customer who was booked and paid through expedia. I was violently woken up by your night audit person at 0330. He was banging on the door yelling at me that my card was declined. I woke up from a dead sleep, with a strange man I did not know, banging on the door. He was screaming at me. I told him I have the receipt for both the room and the parking. He was yelling I did not. The hotel staff was friendly,limited transportation it stops at 10:00 pm and begins at 5:00 am,the cleanliness of the room was ok,the room had an awful smell like if they didn’t change the bed linens

This property was filthy. I dropped something that forced me to look under the bed and there were dust bunnies and food left under the bed. Our towels had stains on them and the bathroom floor had hair on it and the mirror had toothpaste on the frame. Our room was on the 1st floor and it was very loud with people coming and going. Our refrigerator sounded like it wanted to die and there were food items left in it from previous guests. They were up opened, but still made the room feel as though it hadn’t been cleaned well. After retrieving my checked baggage at the airport it took 1/2 hour to finally make contact with a person at the front desk to arrange a shuttle pickup. Four calls resulted in asking me for an access code and then dropping. I tried the reservation prompt and talked to the agent. They tried to connect me with the front desk and my call was dropped.
