My flight was canceled, and La Quinta would not offer me a refund because I booked through Expedia and not with them directly.

The property is in need of a refresh. The room smelled like smoke. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The hallways are hot and humid (kinda understand this). The lady at the front desk that checked us in didn’t acknowledge us when we got there for a few minutes because she was chatting with guests that were sitting in the lobby waiting to leave. She didn’t smile or ask us to hang on and then during the check in she didn’t say much at all. Definitely would not stay here again.

I did not make a reservation here and did not stay but the hotel refused to cancel or refund so had to cancel my credit card. Horrible customer service. Will never stay at a la quinta!

Ugly hotel, needs lot of maintenance…. The room smells a smoking. Tha carpet was wet because the air conditioner was leaking….. the elevator terrific….. did not like

The elevator didn’t work the pool was closed part of the time our key card had to be reset 6 times and we were in a room furthest from the front desk so a hike to reset the card. The noise level was awful paper thin walls awful stay

There’s no shuttle service. And it’s impossible to get an Uber. Had to find another property.

Transportation to/from airport was cut off at 10pm so had to find a taxi. The hotel room was dirty and the shower pressure was extremely bad. Would not recommend at all!

Old & dated. The room had a strange smell. Hallways & elevator poor. The bed was no firm, uncomfortable. Need I say more !!
