The room was very tired. Bathroom had some mold. The shower was not hot.

Called from airport as i was told...lady told to stand in front of sign B3 which i did.So i got a shuttle that dropped me 20 min away. The shuttle did not bring me back to airport so i was stuck..Plz be more specific not just sign B3 maybe color of shuttle or something

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, but when we arrived at the airport, we had to wait for almost an hour for the hotel shuttle. Once it arrived, the van was filthy and rundown. Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk staff was not very friendly. Once we got to the room, we found out the sofa bed had no bedding so we called the front desk and they dropped off a stack of sheets without offering to make the bed for us. I had high hopes for this property based on the reviews it’s received. Unfortunately there were many issues. First, they didn’t have a crib available for us which was a big issue traveling with a 5 month old. Then, the back door that has a sign on it about being locked 24/7 was clearly broken and unlocked all through the day and night. When we got to our room we noticed there were several yellow and brown stains on the bed sheets. We called to have new ones brought to the room, even saying we could put them on ourselves. I was mugged in the hall and the staff did not seem to understand. No security. no understaing and no help. A nothing we can do, attitude. I am out a $500.00 phone taken from me by a person in the hall on the way to the lobby. This purson went out of his way to run into me. Grabbed my phone and departed..

Upon inquiry with the team members that we on site during your stay, no one has any knowledge of this issue. Our team is fully trained as what they need to do if such issues arise. Some maintenance issues...Stayed four nights and did not clean the room, which was fine but only left us 3 bath towels and a roll and a half of toilet paper. Asked for more at the desk and was told would take care of but didn't happen. Asked another team member the next day and got an additional roll of toilet paper. Had one tiny bar of soap and shampoo that didn't come close to covering two people for a five day - 4 night stay. Phone in 308 did not work the cord to the receiver was broke. Knob to shower fell off and water dripped all night.
