Front Desk Clerk was taking reservations over the phone. I have to wait until she is done. No other person available to check me inn.
Somebody was smoking marijuana in their room and I didn't see anyone doing anything about it. The whole hallway was stinking of the stuff!!!!
Ac did not work, front desk said you have to play with it. Not sure what that means but a waste of time and money.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a horrible experience. Once I got to my room I was in there for 10 mins till someone a manager or sort opened my door without knocking, then not saying anything closing the door out of embarrassment. So after being in the first room it wasn’t till my girlfriend showed me there were some ants in the bathroom. Then I thought it was just a Lil till they were over my bed stand too. We stayed here after a cruise for one night before our flight home. The airport shuttle was wonderful. We were givin a room before check in and they were very accommodating. There are alot of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We did not know that it was a pet friendly hotel which we are ok with because we have pets. However, the first floor room was covered in dog hair all over the bed, couch ect. We requested a new room and the new room was clean. The hall smelled strongly of bleach when we entered. No soap in bathroom. Tv didn’t work. Sheets for pull out bed had stains on them. Beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Staff sucked I called because I was going to be a late check in and when I arrived there come to find out that they put me down as a no show.
