Would have preferred Queen bed but only had full size..Bathroom door wood not close all the way and wete difficult to shut. We almost died from the heat in the room because the air conditioner didn't work..Would never go there again.

I'm not the type to write a bad review unless it really derails my travel plans. This place has definite issues with staffing. Many of the rooms are adjoining suites. My neighbor's TV was so loud, it was like I was watching The God Father right next to him. I called down to the desk to see if I could switch rooms and they said they were in the middle of something and would call me back. I arrived to my room very poor cleaning , all kind of garbage behind and around dresser , and absolutely nothing in the bathroom ( no toilet paper, towels, and soap). I have to ask the lobby for stuff. Terrible I’ll never stay there

On check in. I asked for extra pillows but the house keeper said she was too tired. After our return from Disneyland we found our room had not been cleaned. We were told later that we had to give them 24 hour notice if we wanted it cleaned. The celing had water leak damage with loose plaster. We saw three cockroaches. Ot Playher than that it was pl

The property is not as clean as advertised in the photos.There was large water stain on the ceiling of the headroom and the ceiling was falling down in places. Also there was a small cockroach found in the bathroom.

Mold around the window, toenail clippings around the bed, hair on sheets. It was so filthy we left and found a different hotel to stay in. Took pictures of everything.

The bathroom and bed sheets were soiled. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and looked half opened mouthwash in the sink upon check-in. We asked to change rooms and the second room had visible wet stains all over the bedsheets.
