As I walked around my room the white socks I was wearing got quite dirty on the bottom surface. Most gross was the toilet needed a brush cleaning before we checked in. Yuk. I can't believe we were the fist to let them know the King size bed was comfy but the box spring creaked so much it did rob my wife and I of a couple of hours sleep.

This room was disgusting, there was a cockroach and some pillows/towels were dirty from previous guests. I asked to switch rooms due to the grime and was told no. This is a 1/5 star hotel.

Hardest beds The beds were so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Our bedding had red stains and several other stains. Bathroom was filthy. Mold, hair and who knows what else was in our towels. It was very obvious no one really cared about the cleanliness. Check in guy was fabulous. Very kind. He helped with getting toiletries that were missing and seemed to care about our happiness. The maids were very rude. Breakfast was good. Not enough food for all guests.

I’ve stayed at this property before and was pleasantly surprised so I decided to stay again and wow what a big difference from a few months ago. Firstly, I waited over a hour for the hotel shuttle when the hotel is only a 5 minute drive. Front desk lied and said it was because of traffic which wasn’t true. COVID restrictions were nonexistent even though signs were posted that mask were required it wasn’t enforced. Disappointing Our room was dirty. Unswept bathrrom floor, dust, not a cl3an bathroom counter. There was a sign upon checkin that the water was shut off until 2pm, however we checked in after 3. The water was running in the room but we later learned that we had no hot water. The hotel was sold iut so they couldnt move us to another room. We didnt have hot water for more than 3 hours after we told them about the issue. We finally got hot water after 9pm. Assigned us to a room that was already occupied. Then moved us to a room where one of the two keys did not work.
