I stayed in a room that had a door to another room. I thought it was horrible, because we heard everything from our room. there were children and it was very noisy. The person at the reception informed the wrong breakfast time, when I went to have it with my family, there was a girl who I forgot her name, she was extremely rude to us when she informed us that the time had already ended. The beds said queen and they were definitely a full or smaller

The building is not maintained properly and every night there was so much noise in the hallways you couldn’t sleep and they had no security so they kept changing peoples rooms

Staff was kind and the breakfast was okay, but otherwise I was veey uncomfortable. The room was dirty and dusty, had a funny smell, and was in poor condition. I felt like I was in an old run-down house.

Ok -But could be better Floor wasnt vacuumed under the bed-the -it wasnt cleaned properly so i went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean and there were no fave towels available when i asked for some -
