Staff not friendly. Room had a smell, not very clean. Carpet dirty, "red" stain on shower wall and NO hot water. I use to enjoy this property on my previous visits but this will my last visit.

What didn’t like was that the only clean room every 3 days , they don’t even throw trash out or give you new towels unless you ask for it and again every 3 days. Also when you request the cleaning then a new person on the desk told me I had to request that 24 hrs in advance.

We have stayed in La Quinta inns in the past . This is by far the dirtiest, most run down La Quinta hotel We have stayed in. There was clumps of Human hair on the carpet, cockroaches, nothing was wiped down, the curtains had stuff on them, mold on the window sills, bugs in the drawers and the heating and air conditioning did not work. and to top it off the TV did not work. I needed a place to stay for the night and chose this property based on reviews however was disappointed because my room was very dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Night stands, clock and lamp were dusty along with the edge of the bed frame. The fridge door kept jamming when trying to close it. I wouldn’t definitely stay longer than 1 night. Overall ok since I just wanted to rest for the night. Bed was very comfortable on a positive note.

Shuttle driver was amazing. The property.was dirty. The shower nozzle fell off,.pool was.dirty,.jacuzzi was broken and didnt tell us at check-in.
